Manage the local and offshore CDS, EURO, OPS, and MIS QA Teams at MarketAxess. Responsible for Project Planning and Test Scheduling for all releases to the 4 applications stated above. I oversee the creation of test plans and test cases for each.  All test cases are maintained and executed via Test Director.  Defects are tracked in Clear Quest.  I’m responsible for managing the defects and work closely with the Business and Development teams to insure that all defects are reviewed and addressed appropriately. My role is that of a hands-on Manager who works very close with each of my direct reports.
CDS is our award winning Credit Default Swap Trading system.  I have been responsible for testing this application at MarketAxess since its initial implementation.
EUR is our Fixed Income Trading system used by European Clients and Dealers to trade both European Corporate and Government Bonds.
OPS is our suite of Operations Maintenance applications which are used to maintain Reference Date, Routing Books, and other various reports which supplement our Trading systems.
MIS Reporting is our Crystal Reports reporting facility used both internally and by some Clients and Dealers to provide specific statistics such as trade counts and volumes.  It is also used by our internal Sales team to track their Clients activity.

Responsible for all testing aspects involving Instinet’s Smart Router application. Coordinated the testing efforts between the Smart Router, the Executors, the Order Mgt systems, and the Clearing Dept. Verify that the application interacts properly with various markets in order to get the best price for our customer. Create and run through test cases to insure that SMRT behaves according to market prices, a set of rules, market conditions, and other variables.   Validated all messages to and from NYSE/AMEX, Nasdaq and other ECN's. Handled FIX customer acceptance testing for new Clients looking to interact with our Trading systems via FIX.
