Martijn Boomsma is a seasoned entrepreneur and the leader of Hatch, a human development studio focusing on enhancing emotional, cognitive, and interpersonal competencies.

With 26 years of entrepreneurial experience, Martijn has delved into various industries such as game development, tech, and publishing, earning accolades for his innovative projects that span different media platforms.

Passionate about nurturing essential human skills like creativity, social intelligence, and collaboration, Martijn has assembled a diverse team of changemakers, organizational designers, and creators at Hatch.

Martijn also contributes as an advisory board member of Omek, a platform supporting African diaspora professionals and their allies.

He holds a background in English from the University of Amsterdam, specialized in becoming a change agent through immersive learning experiences at Hatch, and completed HAVO studies at Willem Blauw College.

Martijn's past roles include serving on the advisory board of Omek, being CEO of Hatch, The Secret Lab, and Lab Rooms, as well as holding positions such as CCO and director at thePharmacy and Manager New Business at Dutch Filmworks BV.
