Marthe Goudsmit Samaritter is a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law in the Department of Criminal Law.2 She completed her D.Phil. (Ph.D.) in Law at the University of Oxford in 2023.23 Her research focuses on criminal law theory, jurisprudence, and personhood theory, with particular emphasis on technology-facilitated violence and image-based sexual abuse.2
