Martha Wofford

Martha Wofford is a seasoned executive with a strong educational background, holding an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Swarthmore College.

She has held various leadership positions in renowned organizations, currently serving as the President and CEO of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island.

Her prior roles include being a Board Member at Prime Therapeutics, Group Vice President at DaVita, and holding executive positions at Aetna such as Vice President, Head of Consumer Platform, Head of Product & Strategy, General Manager, and Head of Strategy and Business Development, Consumer Segment.

Before her corporate leadership roles, Martha served in strategic capacities at Booz Allen Hamilton and as Communications Director at the White House Climate Change Task Force. She also contributed her expertise as a Special Assistant at the Democratic National Convention Committee and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
