Lead the development and implementation of our supplier diversity enterprise strategic plan to meet our publicly committed goal to double our diverse spend by 2030.
-  Manage the enterprise supplier diversity program portfolio (project plan, scope, timeline).
-  Develop and implement supplier engagement and procurement resources and tools.

Sr. Project Manager - Supplier Diversity

- Break Pack (Providing stores daily deliveries in the lowest UOM and in reusable totes to save time & space.

My role is to support the scale of this strategic program by managing multiple continuous improvement workstreams. This program will transform the way store partners interact with inventory, reducing store employee time dedicated to inventory by 5% and backroom space need by 20%, generating ~$30M in benefit over 5 years


o	Test to Scale: Leading 11 break pack continuous improvement workstreams to scale as early as FY’22 Q4 by driving process mapping working sessions, gathering technical requirements and solution LOE’s for large-scale technical workstreams.
o	 NY Operations: Support daily break pack operations including leadership escalations, outages, new store, and new SKU processes.

Food Automated Ordering National Launch
o	Led 40+ cross-functional partners in delivering the food automatic ordering technical requirements and solutions. Managed scope, change management, status updates, and leadership escalations. Provided requirements and solutioning sustainment (scope, process, and resourcing), recommendation for post-national rollout & postmortem.
o	Created, implemented and drove technical requirements and solutioning process, project plan, RACI, weekly project schedule, resource allocation matrix, and requirement prioritization list that increased efficiency to deliver 30+requirements and solutions for food automatic ordering national rollout in FY’21 Q4.

Global Supply Chain Awards of Excellence FY22 Q1 - Automated Ordering for Food and Lobby. This particular award is to recognize individuals or teams who have created sustainable results in the areas of quality, service, cost, and leadership. Nominations are made by GSC director and above leaders.

Creating a go-to-market & sustainment logistics strategy for the largest Starbucks in the world that is opening up in Chicago on November 15, 2019.
-  Leading the design and implementation of distribution processes and foundational distribution systems that improve service or efficiency, increase capacity, and reduce costs.
-  Develop & lead bids and contract negotiations with transportation providers in order to drive distribution capabilities for global market growth.
-  Drive Starbucks to be an industry leader in logistics innovation by setting up the environment to test game-changing ideas and provide a path to scale.

- Partnered with 400+ boutique fitness studios to onboard them to ClassPass, an international fitness discovery platform that connects consumers to classes while simultaneously helping businesses fill excess capacity and increase brand awareness.
- Led the sales email campaign strategy and increased open & reply rates from 40% to 85% by a/b testing personalized content. Created and tracked KPI’s & QA process for market specific email campaigns and provided weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to leadership.
- Developed a studio density & inventory utilization report to create a growth strategy in the Miami and Philadelphia markets. Successfully increased market share 80%+ by showcasing how ClassPass’ proprietary data and inventory management system would increase their incremental revenue and operational efficiency.
- Prevented churn from 10+ partner studios by collaborating with account management to upsell clients on product features that would both address stated pain points and add revenue to ClassPass.

ClassPass

Business Development Associate

- Developed revenue forecast for five brands that helped the Hershey Company, the leading chocolate and non-chocolate confectionary manufacturer in the US, increase its entertainment market share from 16%  to 25%.
- Partnered with the Kit Kat brand manager and Foodservice director to determine a new product line for Dairy Queen & the Cheesecake Factory, based on the brand’s desire to increase revenue. Pulled Nielsen research data, ran revenue project reports and developed a recommendation that sealed a $10M contract.
- Evaluated account executives’ total revenue reports by client type and built a segmentation model that tiered said clients based on resources needed to sustain/grow each relationship. Segmentation model was released to global sales team and helped reduce inefficiencies and costs.

- Selected to participate in the Science Scholar program  the summer before my first year at Mount Holyoke College
-  Observed and researched in a physics lab and chemistry lab at Mount Holyoke College; collaborated with two other students in each lab
-  Researched DNA damage in the Thymine Dimmer and Thermal coupling in VCSEL arrays
-  Presented a chemistry and physics abstract of the research conducted at Mount Holyoke's Summer Symposium 2009
