Martha Schwartz

Martha Schwartz is a prominent landscape architect, urbanist, artist, and climate activist, known for her extensive work in landscape architecture and her commitment to addressing climate change. She is the founder of MAYDAY.EARTH, a nonprofit organization established in 2020 that focuses on educating the public about climate change and geoengineering solutions, aiming to enhance understanding and awareness among non-scientists and generalists about these critical issues.1238

Schwartz has a distinguished academic career, having served as a tenured Professor in Practice at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design for 16 years.
