Martha Carruther's career has been forged in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout her career, Martha has demonstrated expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Strategy, making her an asset to any organization. She holds an MBA specializing in Strategy from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and an HBSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph.

Martha's most recent role was as Head of Life Science Partnerships at Medopad, where she was tasked with developing partnerships that would help the company leverage its technology in the pharmaceutical space. Previously, she held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, starting as a Product Disease Specialist and ultimately serving as EMEA Director, Health & Wellness Solutions. During her tenure here, she honed her skills in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare solutions, and product management, constantly taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
