Marte Siebenhar
Marte Siebenhar: Founder and Principal at Cultured Innovations, has had an extensive career in arts management, marketing, and development. Siebenhar holds a BM and MM from the Manhattan School of Music, and certification from BizHack Academy. In academics, Siebenhar worked as a preceptor and adjunct faculty member at Watson Institute, Lynn University. Siebenhar also held positions as a Strategic Planning Consultant at Pride Youth Theater Alliance, Director of Communications at Miami Theater Center, and Executive Director at Bakehouse Art Complex.
Siebenhar has also worked as a Fellow at the DeVos Institute of Arts Management at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Manager, Elementary School Programs at Carnegie Hall, and Program Manager at Midori and Friends. Siebenhar also served as Assistant Vice President, Audience Development at New World Symphony and Miami Fellow-Class VIII at The Miami Foundation.
Throughout Siebenhar's career, they have demonstrated expertise in arts management, marketing, fundraising, strategic planning, and development. Siebenhar is passionate about using their skills to make the arts more accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
