Marte Klouman is a seasoned entrepreneur, public speaker, and e-commerce expert based in Norway with vast experience in managing online businesses. She is the founder and leader of Netthandelskolen, a platform that provides training and support for e-commerce entrepreneurs. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Marte has served as the CXM and e-commerce manager at XXL Sport & Villmark, the largest sport and outdoor retailer in the Nordics.

Marte is also a passionate artist and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Prior to her tenure at XXL, she worked as a professional dancer and choreographer, and as a dance instructor at several schools. Marte has also held various positions in marketing, management, and education throughout her career.

Marte is a graduate of BI Norwegian Business School and Oslo and Akershus University College.
