Marta Archiles

Marta Archiles is a proactive and innovative Engineer, Project Manager, and Sales Manager with almost 15 years of experience in the Water, Oil & Gas, and Chemical sectors. With a successful track record of achieving strategic business objectives, Marta has worked in China for a Swiss engineering firm that produces filtration and separation manufacturing equipment. Additionally, she has provided equipment for the National Iranian Oil Company in the Oil & Gas field. She is currently working as a Project Manager for Xylem, based in Dubai.

Marta has a flexible and analytical problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills, which makes her thrive under pressure. Her exceptional interpersonal expertise helps her to confidently lead multi-disciplinary teams and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Her excellent communication skills allow her to articulate and persuade at all levels.

Marta holds a General Maintenance Technology Course degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Project Management from the National University of Ireland, an Institute of Public Administration, a Master of Science in Water and Environmental Engineering - Civil Engineering from University College Dublin, and a Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Maths, Physics degree from Universitat Jaume I.
