Mart Maasik

Mart Maasik is an accomplished executive with a rich background in the financial sector, boasting 20 years of experience primarily in SEB Group in the Baltics and Sweden.

His expertise lies in business development and innovation leadership, which he honed through studying innovation management at Stanford GSB.

Mart is a co-founder of notable ecosystem movements such as Ajujaht, the largest entrepreneurship program in Estonia, and the Innovation Leaders Club.

He is actively involved in the establishment of Jõhvi School of Technology, kood/Jõhvi, showcasing his commitment to fostering innovation and education.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mart has hands-on experience as both an entrepreneur and an angel investor, lending him a well-rounded perspective on business ventures.

Currently, Mart is channeling his energies into UniTartu Ventures, a platform that aims to bridge research-based entrepreneurship with early-stage investors, underlining his dedication to sustainable business initiatives.
