With a background in Art Education and Sculpture from the Maryland Institute College of Art, as well as coursework in Sculpture and Furniture Design from the California College of the Arts, Marsha brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to her work.

Marsha's vast experience includes roles such as Life Design Educator at The Life Design Lab at Homewood - Johns Hopkins University, Program Mentor at The Chill Foundation, and Founder of Dhremo Therapy, where she created Chemotherapy IV Decals to bring a touch of comfort to cancer patients.

She has also served as a Freelance Designer & Creative Director for various clients and held positions as Adjunct Faculty, Assistant Director of Career Development, Director of Admission, and Associate Director of Admission at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she shared her knowledge in areas such as Online Presence, Website Building, and Digital Marketing.
