Marloes Beens is a freelance researcher and editor with strong production skills, always in pursuit of intriguing angles, captivating stories, beautiful filming locations, and unique characters.

With extensive experience as a program maker at BNNVARA, Marloes spent the last 5 years as a traveling editor for '3 op Reis', managing all aspects of her journeys from research, editing, on-location production, shooting schedules, and everything in between.

Currently, as a freelance researcher, Marloes has expanded her focus to the advertising industry, specializing as a human interest researcher for casting real people in high-quality video productions.

Marloes holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim and pursued a Premaster in Journalism at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Previously, Marloes held positions such as Redacteur at BNNVARA for '3 op Reis', Casting Redacteur at No Pictures Please, and Redacteur/Verslaggever at AT5, showcasing her diverse editorial and production roles in various organizations across the media landscape.
