Marlina Fletcher is a seasoned integrated brand marketing leader and former D1 soccer player with a passion for growing diverse teams. She studied Marketing at Arizona State University, and holds degrees from both the W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College. Marlina has worked with several well-known organizations throughout her career, including Nike, Beats by Dr. Dre, and Everlane. She has experience in various marketing-related areas such as strategy, e-commerce, digital & social marketing, healthcare marketing and P&L management. Marlina is the co-founder and Head of Marketing at Unbias, Inc. and has a particular interest in sports and entertainment marketing.
