Specializing in power, utilities, and renewable energy sectors, Marlene has a comprehensive understanding of different generation technologies as well as transmission and distribution networks.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with a diverse range of stakeholders including utilities, independent power producers, lenders, law firms, and governmental entities.

Marlene Motyka holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Currently serving as a Principal at Deloitte, Marlene brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her role, acquired from her previous positions as a Mechanical Engineer at New Jersey Transit and Gilbert Commonwealth.
