Marlene Ginsberg

Marlene Ginsberg is a senior development specialist at Legacy International with over 35 years of non-profit experience.24 She has been with Legacy International since 1979, serving as Vice President and Development for many years before transitioning to her current role.4

Ginsberg has extensive experience directing professional development programs for citizens of various countries, including Azerbaijan and Russia.2 She played a key role in Legacy International's "Business for Russia" (BFR) and "Community Connections" (CC) programs, which hosted 37 delegations from Russia, Ukraine, and Central Asia between 1994 and 2015.1

Currently, Ginsberg is focused on expanding Legacy International's LivingSidebySide® Tolerance, Social Cohesion, and Leadership program to U.S. schools and youth centers.3 This program aims to promote social cohesion and leadership skills among young people.

Throughout her career, Ginsberg has demonstrated a commitment to fostering international understanding and promoting effective democratic practices. Her work has involved hosting exchange programs, facilitating cross-cultural experiences, and developing leadership curricula for diverse audiences.13
