Marlene Donduran is an experienced teacher with a long background in the public school system, focusing on well-being, AKT/SSP, and working with vulnerable children and young people.

Currently employed as a teacher, counselor, coordinator, and project consultant on integration programs 'STÆRK FRA START' and 'Klar til Fremtiden' at Køge Handelsskole, specializing in working with young refugees. She serves as an instructor and counselor for a special women's group aimed at integrating mature women with refugee backgrounds into the workforce.

She holds overall responsibility for the administrative and referral aspects of both programs. Additionally, she privately mentors Arabic-speaking women to support them on their path to employment and a better life in Denmark.

Marlene is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Arabic from the University of Copenhagen, studying concurrently with her professional engagements. Moreover, she engages in lifestyle and fashion blogging on the side.
