As the co-Founder and former CEO of Bluemercury, a disruptive omnichannel beauty retailer acquired by Macy’s Inc., Ms. Beck oversaw all operations and strategic initiatives for 180+ locations across 27 states. Her responsibilities included managing digital strategies, marketing, merchandising, loyalty programs, real estate, store expansion, finance, and human resources. Additionally, she co-founded M-61 Laboratories, the creators of clean and sustainable skincare brands - M-61 Powerful Skincare and Lune+Aster Cosmetics.
Apart from her entrepreneurial ventures, Ms. Beck actively advises entrepreneurs and leaders in both for-profit and social entrepreneurship sectors. She holds key positions such as Chair of the Leadership Council at Harvard’s Center for Public Leadership, Advisory Board member at Harvard Business School’s Rock Center for Entrepreneurship, and Independent Director at Beauty Health Group and The Children’s Place.
