He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Universität Hamburg and studied Mediengestalter Digital und Print at Berufliche Medienschule Hamburg-Eilbektal (G5).

With his involvement in various organizations like Notion Kombinat, Impact Hub Hamburg, Markus Mars, 12MIN.ME e.V., Gorillas, JOBMATCH.ME, Evodeck Software, Metronus, HQLabs GmbH, Ipsos, Bread and Butter Design, and druckwerk hamburg, Markus has served in roles ranging from events coordinator, founder, consultant, head of change, business development manager, to co-founder and managing director.
