Markham McIntyre

Markham McIntyre is a dedicated professional with a rich background in government relations, media coordination, community outreach, and program management.

He holds a B.A. in History from Whitman College, showcasing his commitment to education and academic excellence.

Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Markham has showcased his leadership skills and strategic acumen in overseeing key operations and initiatives.

With previous roles including Senior Director of Government Relations and Government Relations Director at the same organization, he has a deep understanding of public policy and stakeholder management.

Markham's experience extends to political roles, having served as Press Secretary and Community Liaison for U.S. Rep. Jay Inslee (WA-01), demonstrating his expertise in communications and relationship building.

His prior positions as a New Media Coordinator, Press Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, and Intern at U.S. Rep. Jay Inslee have provided him with a comprehensive view of the political landscape and legislative processes.

Before his political roles, Markham held positions at Cascade Harvest Coalition and Full Circle Farm, where he honed his skills in program management, community outreach, and farmers market coordination.
