Mark Zitlin

Mark Zitlin is a seasoned Clinical Psychologist with a diverse professional background and extensive experience in the field of psychology.

He obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Duke University, followed by a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mark also completed a clinical internship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Since 1976, Mark has been actively involved in various roles across different settings, including inpatient medicine and psychiatry, community mental health centers, child and adolescent clinics, HMO clinics, private practice, as well as serving as a consultant for family-owned businesses.

In his clinical practice, Mark primarily works with adults, couples, and teenagers, specializing in intensive psychotherapy, trauma recovery, relationship issues, family business problems, stress management, and grief and loss.

Currently, Mark Zitlin serves as a Clinical Psychologist at Mark R. Zitlin, Ph.D., where he continues to provide exceptional psychological services to his clients.
