Mark Wright

Comcast's own Mark Wright has established himself as a prolific specialist in Power Management, with impressive credentials in implementation, development, analytics, and data center management. Mr. Wright's experience expands over 17 years in the field, making him an expert in Critical Infrastructure Environments. He is a visionary with a passion for development, integration, and analytics, where Mr. Wright excels in his work.

Since 2007, Mr. Wright has been with Comcast, serving as the Primary Support for their team of National Data Center Tools experts. By integrating the tools and creating various Power and Inventory related Executive Dashboards, Mr. Wright has been instrumental in the success of the online giant's charge-back model. As part of his critical infrastructure tools development, Mr. Wright also developed the algorithm DPO (Device Power Orientation Model), which has been in use since 2015 in all Comcast National Data Centers.

Now Mr. Wright is working on a migration from one DCIM Tool to another as the lead for data integrity between the two systems. He is writing code, developing procedures, and advising Vendors and Comcast Management as necessary. Moreover, Mr. Wright is also part of a team integrating the tools provided by his current employer with IOP (Service Now). Beyond his professional expertise, he is fond of playing musical instruments, playing golf, and skating with his family.
