Mark van de Sanden

Mark van de Sanden is a results-focused Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a background in structuring and improving organizations and processes.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Studies, a Pre-Master in Organization Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in International Real Estate and Facility Management.

Mark has held various roles in different organizations, including being a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Senior Manager in Business Transformation at E.ON.

Prior to his current role, he worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager in the NWoW Program at innogy SE, a Business Improvement Officer in the House in Order Program at Essent, a Change Management Consultant at Koning & Hartman, and as a Junior Change Management Consultant at the same company.

His professional journey also includes internships at KPN and Holland Casino, showcasing his diverse experiences in different industries.
