His legal expertise encompasses cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation, trade secrets misappropriation, securities violations, civil theft, shareholder rights, partnership disputes, and oil and gas conflicts.
Apart from his civil litigation work, Mark adeptly handles personal injury and wrongful death claims, and he is well-versed in navigating white-collar criminal investigations conducted by prominent agencies such as the Texas Department of Insurance, Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, and U.S. Department of Justice.
Mark Torian completed his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Central Arkansas.
Currently, he serves as a Partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and has previously held partnership roles at Sayles Werbner, P.C. He also brings valuable experience from his time as a Litigation Associate at Lynn Tillotson & Pinker and Fulbright & Jaworski. Notably, Mark has also served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
