Mark's expertise lies in strategic business development, sales growth, and revenue optimization, even in challenging economic conditions such as economic downturns, epidemics, and intense price competition.

With a strong technical background, Mark has experience in various technologies including 2G, 3G, LTE, network infrastructure, CRM, billing systems, mobile messaging, cloud computing, big data, AI, and more.

He holds a Post-Graduate degree from the London Business School and has studied at Curtin University of Technology and Raffles Junior College.
