Advised family offices, families and family office executives across north and south america on the family office infrastructure and organizational capabilities.  This includes business plan, service delivery model, tech stack, compensation and human capital as well as insource/outsource considerations.

Engaged in family office and family business governance advising for multi-generational families.  Includes building investment committees, family office councils and business board of directors both for joint decision making and incorporation of next-generation.  Also engaged and consulted on operationalizing family governance with a focus on behaviors such as communication and transparency with a focus on alignment.
