Mark Taliaferro is the President of National Safety Consulting (NSC), a role he has held since August 2015. He joined the company in 2000 as the Director of Marketing and Sales and was promoted to Vice President in 2003, where he significantly contributed to the expansion of NSC’s staffing, program development, and training divisions.12
In his current position, Taliaferro oversees the corporate direction and strategy of NSC, focusing on leadership, growth, and customer engagement. Taliaferro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which he earned between 1991 and 1995.2 Under his leadership, NSC has been dedicated to ensuring safety on construction sites by providing onsite safety coordinators and customized safety programs that meet OSHA standards.2
