Mark's specialties include IaaS, VMWare, vDC, data center colocation wholesale, long-term strategic relationships, technology asset management, technology finance, high-tech commodity valuations, data center and cloud services marketing, micro-ticket leasing, vendor finance programs, pricing model development, software finance, and recurring revenue finance.

Education-wise, Mark studied at Newton South, Sacred Heart Newton, pursued MBA courses at NYU Stern School of Business, and completed a BBA at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Mark has held significant roles in various organizations including client onboarding and management at Markley Group, Vice President positions at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, BofA (Fleet Capital), Banc of America Leasing, Bank of New England, and Assistant Treasurer at Chase Manhattan Bank.
