Mark Sorokurs

Mark Sorokurs is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Broker Associate and Realtor® with Central Pinellas Realty, a DBA of Collman Properties, Inc. He has extensive knowledge in Property Management and focuses on helping Owners of rental properties located in Pinellas County. His range of services includes advertising and showing properties, screening applicants, and getting leases signed, collecting rent, coordinating repairs, as well as providing detailed monthly and year-end reports to Owners. Mark has a particular interest in residential property management, however, he provides assistance and expertise to Owners of commercial property as well.

Before Mark's successful career in Real Estate, he spent almost 20 years working in Information Technology, beginning in Sales for software publishers. Followed by 16 years at a large Fortune-level multi-national IT Distributor, where he was responsible for managing a line of business with over $100m in annual sales.

Mark holds a Double Major in Economics and Social Science from Florida State University, an AA in General Studies from Tallahassee Community College, and completed his Graduate, Real Estate Broker License course at Bob Hogue School of Real Estate Inc.

Mark is an active Property Manager, Broker Associate at Central Pinellas Realty and former Licensed Commercial Broker Associate at The Boardwalk Company. He was also the Former Senior Product Manager - New Business Development at TDMobility at Tech Data Corp, Former Senior Product Manager and Manager of Sales Operations at Tech Data Corporation and PC DOCS Inc., respectively.
