Mark Sompel is a highly skilled professional specializing in real-time embedded firmware, firmware architecture, and embedded real-time firmware and software design. With expertise in a diverse range of technologies including IoT sensors, Linux, flash storage devices, flash translation layer, self-testing, RAID, and RFID, Mark's capabilities span from the driver level to app layer development.

Apart from his technical skills, Mark demonstrates proficiency in management by coordinating efforts across different departments, mentoring junior engineers, scheduling tasks efficiently, and fostering team enthusiasm towards projects.
