    Mark Shearer is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Calgary, a Bachelor of Science in Forestry (B.S.F.) with a focus on Forest Management/Forest Resources Management from The University of British Columbia (UBC), and has also studied Forest Management/Forest Resources Management at the University of Wales, Bangor.
