Mark Rush is a highly accomplished political science scholar, professor, and former academic administrator. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Harvard University, where he graduated cum laude.
Currently, Mark is the Stanley D. and Nikki Waxberg Professor of Politics and Law at Washington and Lee University, where he has been teaching since 1990. Prior to that, he was the Dean of Arts and Sciences at American University of Sharjah. Throughout his career, he has written extensively on U.S. politics, constitutional law, and the judicial process.
