Mark 'Corky' Rhodes

Mark Rhodes is a charismatic and knowledgeable individual with over 15 years of professional sailing coaching experience in the marine industry. His expertise ranges from grassroots sailing schools to coaching Olympic squad sailors. With a degree in Business Information Systems, Mark has a diverse skill set that he successfully transferred to various roles and industries. In Oman, he played a pivotal role in the startup and early development of 'Oman Sail', serving as the Head Coach of the National Sailing Team. Mark was instrumental in creating and overseeing water sports centers, academies, selection processes, fitness training, sail training, and squad programs, ultimately empowering Omani individuals through the challenges of professional sport.
