Mark Pincus is an American internet entrepreneur and the Managing Member and Co-Founder of Reinvent Capital, an investment firm he established in 2018 alongside Reid Hoffman and hedge fund manager Michael Thompson. Pincus is also widely recognized as the founder of Zynga, a pioneering mobile social gaming company, where he served as CEO at various times between its inception and 2016. Under his leadership, Zynga became a significant player in the social gaming industry, famously going public with a $1 billion IPO in 2011.12

Born on February 13, 1966, Pincus grew up in Chicago and attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Economics. He later earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he co-founded the Communications Club.12
