Mark O'Brien is a well-rounded executive with diverse experience in different fields. He is a problem solver who excels in growing and revitalizing businesses while fostering a culture of high performance as a servant leader. O'Brien's passion for teamwork stems from his background in sports, specifically baseball. As a minor league baseball executive, he learned how to lead a team towards success. Later in his career, he played an integral role in the turnaround of several brands, including Miller Lite, Johnsonville, and HoneyBaked.

Soon after joining Mizuno North America, O'Brien successfully re-wrote the brand and business playbook, leading to a significant turnaround of the company. O'Brien now serves as the President, CEO and Board Member at LakePoint Sports, the nation's premier youth sports destination, located in Greater Atlanta.

O'Brien attended St. Norbert College where he studied Communications and went on to earn a Master's degree in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University.
