Throughout his career, Mark has held various key positions in prestigious organizations, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

His roles have ranged from Senior Counsel for Immigration to Attorney Advisor and Enforcement Fellow, demonstrating his versatile skill set and expertise in immigration law.

Mark has also contributed significantly to academia as a Legal Writing Instructor at Brooklyn Law School and as a Visiting Associate Fellow at the Center for Migration Studies of New York.

His passion for public service is evident through his work as a Public Interest Fellow at the Center for Social Justice at Seton Hall University School of Law.
