Mark's educational journey includes earning a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The George Washington University, as well as completing his studies at Choate Rosemary Hall and Minnetonka Senior High School.

Throughout his career, Mark has held several prominent roles in well-known organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership skills. He has served as a Board Member at AirSelfie, Inc., Cytilife, Inc., and Cardiology Prevention, LLC. Mark's experience also includes being a part of the Board of Directors at Secured2 Corporation and contributing to the Business Advisory Group at the University of Minnesota Venture Center.

At Moe & Co, Mark was the Founder and Managing Partner, highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. Additionally, he has provided advisory services at Prep Hoops and been a Global Advisory Committee Member at Mobile Convergence Space.
