Mark Mendelsohn

Mark Mendelsohn is a highly accomplished legal professional with a background in anti-corruption and FCPA practices.

He studied JD at the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a BA in History from Yale University, showcasing his strong educational foundation.

Currently, he serves as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Anti-corruption and FCPA Practice Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Mark has held prestigious positions in the U.S. Department of Justice, including Deputy Chief at the Fraud Section in the Criminal Division, and Senior Counsel in the Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section.

Prior to his role at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, he worked as an Assistant United States Attorney at the US Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York.

He also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Denny Chin, a U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York.
