Mark McHugh is a highly accomplished Managing Partner at En Partners, where he is leading a team of senior NBD and M&A advisors working on numerous energy and infrastructure business development and investment banking projects. He has more than 26 years of experience in the oil industry, where he held various senior leadership positions in new business development, marketing, sales, strategy consulting, and general management. Prior to joining En Partners, Mark served as Managing Partner at Entoro International, Managing Director at OFSCap, and President & CEO at CenAm Energy Partners.

Mark received a First Class Honours BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and completed Advanced Industrial Marketing at INSEAD, Business Leadership Program at The Wharton School, Finance for Senior Managers at London Business School, and CDipAF in Business at the University of Westminster.
