Under his leadership, Talking Tables has experienced significant growth, expanding into a £20m+ group with a US subsidiary and a China sourcing office, serving major clients like Tesco, John Lewis, M&S, and Boots.

Mark McCormack is credited with the launch of the World's First 100% Recyclable Paper Cup, showcasing his commitment to environmental responsibility.

In 2022, Talking Tables achieved B Corp Accreditation, demonstrating a deep-rooted dedication to ethical business practices. The company also became a member of the Good Business Charter and Living Wage Foundation, further solidifying its reputation for social responsibility.
