Mark Luettgen

Mark Luettgen is the President & CEO of Systems & Technology Research (STR), a position he has held since October 2010.12 He co-founded STR with LIDS alumnus Joel Douglas and other colleagues, focusing on research and development in defense, intelligence, and homeland security.3
