Mark Loranger

Mark Loranger is the Co-founder and CEO of Braavo Capital, a technology company that provides on-demand financing solutions for mobile app businesses.1 He founded Braavo in 2015, which is headquartered in New York City with a European office in Warsaw, Poland.

Prior to Braavo, Mark held several notable positions:

1. COO at Updater (2012-2014): He was involved in various aspects of the business, including finance, customer service, product, and tech.

2. Vice President and Director at Square 1 Bank (2009-2012): He led the bank's national early-stage practice, Square Roots.

3. Associate Technology Licensing Officer at MIT (2004-2007): He managed aspects of the invention lifecycle, including patent filing, prosecution, and licensing.

Mark is also the founder of GraniteMade Ventures, which invests in mobile and web3 businesses, as well as crypto assets. He has made over 25 direct investments and is an LP in two funds.

Braavo Capital, under Mark's leadership, has facilitated over $1 billion in financing since its inception and has raised nearly $80 million in debt and equity from various investors.13 The company recently closed a $5 million Series B funding round and secured a new $30 million debt fund with Upper90.3
