Mark Little

Mark Little is an accomplished and adaptable leader with a strong background in analytics and operations, excelling in various roles throughout his career. With a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and functional leadership, he has contributed significantly to business growth and process enhancement. Mark is highly skilled in data analytics and management, talent assessment, HR metrics, business strategy, manufacturing, operations, project execution, small business ownership, and public speaking.

Mark's data science expertise includes proficiency in Python (Basic, Numpy, Matplotlib, Pandas), R & RStudio (Basic), Git-GitHub, Linux-Command Line, and SQL (Basic). He combines these technical skills with a results-oriented leadership approach, enabling him to adapt to new information effectively and foster a culture of excellence by recruiting and empowering top-tier talent.

In terms of education, Mark pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the United States Naval Academy. His experience also encompasses roles such as Vice President of Operations at DigitalOptics Corporation™, Managing Director at CEB, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, and Technology Manager at Alcatel, and Nuclear-trained Submarine Officer in the US Navy.
