Mark LIM CL

Mark Lim Choon Lye, known as Mark LIM CL, is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Temasek, a leading investment company based in Singapore. He has held this position since April 1, 2024, and previously served as the Managing Director of Digital Technology at Temasek since January 2018. In his role, he focuses on enhancing the organization's digital capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation, and leveraging data science and artificial intelligence to improve business outcomes.12

Prior to his tenure at Temasek, Mark was the Director of Government Digital Services at GovTech Singapore, where he played a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the Singapore government. His work involved leading teams in various emerging technologies and methodologies, including Agile, UX design, and cybersecurity.1

Mark holds several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master and Certified Chief Information Security Officer, and has been recognized with numerous awards for his contributions to public service and innovation in digital technology.1 He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School.1
