Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Krilogy, a wealth management firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. He joined Krilogy in August 2023, marking a significant addition as the firm's first Senior Partner and CFO. In this role, he is expected to leverage his extensive experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and growth-oriented projects to support the firm's strategic initiatives and enhance its client services.123

Lewis has a robust background in building and financing high-impact businesses. Before joining Krilogy, he served as the CFO for Decide Technologies, an AI company, where he played a critical role in its growth. He has also held various leadership positions in private equity and venture capital, focusing on technology-driven opportunities. His career includes significant roles at Advantage Capital Partners, where he was involved in sourcing and structuring investments, as well as serving on the boards of multiple companies.12

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to his professional roles, Lewis is active in the community, having served as a board member for Downtown STL, Inc., and as Chairperson for the Arch Grants Competition Committee.12
