Mark Lee

Mark Lee is a seasoned executive with a long career at ICF, a global consulting and technology services company. He joined ICF in 1999 and has held various leadership positions over his tenure.1 As of January 2023, Mark Lee was appointed as the Chief Technology Executive at ICF.35 In this role, he leads a new group focused on increasing ICF's technology capabilities and maintaining growth momentum in the company's federal digital modernization business.5
