Mark Lavender

Mark Lavender is a professional with a strong focus on LIBOR transition, SFTR, and Uncleared Margin Rules. He has a wealth of previous regulatory experience that includes SMCR, MiFID II, EMIR, PSD II, Compliance TOM Review, Treasury Function TOM, KYC and AML, Derivative remediation, vendor management, and regulatory outsourcing review. Mark studied the Legal Practice Course and Law at Northumbria University. Throughout his career, Mark has held various roles such as Senior Project Manager at CDC Group plc, Senior Project Lead at Fidelity International, Regulatory Consultant at Pension Insurance Corporation, and Senior Regulatory Project Manager at Octopus, among others.
