His background is diverse and encompasses various aspects of real estate finance and management, including equity raising, debt sourcing, property acquisition, asset management, valuation, compliance, reporting, and investor relations.

Mark is well-versed in negotiating and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, partnership agreements, and management agreements.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from The Wharton School.

Mark Kripke has held prominent financial roles at reputable organizations such as Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds, Cheswold Real Estate Investment Management LLC, Stotlz Management Company, Brandywine Realty Trust, Cynwyd Investments, and St John Mortgage Company, Inc.

Prior to his extensive career in real estate finance, he gained valuable experience as a Tax Manager at both Price Waterhouse and PwC.
