Mark H. Kress is a highly successful marketing executive who is best known for creating innovative hair care products that have successfully addressed the global issue of hair thinning in men and women. His keratin fibers-based products, Toppik and XFusion, have gained mass popularity due to their ability to remain stable in various weather conditions. He also created the X5 Hair Laser, a medical device that effectively promotes hair growth.

Before his foray into hair care products, Kress worked as an account executive at Grey Advertising in New York City, where he later rose through various executive positions in advertising, television, and radio. Kress revolutionized the home shopping medium by conceiving of an opportunity in televised shopping and hiring the iconic Joan Rivers to represent his now highly popular costume jewelry line. He signed an agreement with QVC, turning his product line into one of the most successful and long-lived in home shopping history. Through this partnership, he created the first nationally syndicated entertainment and home shopping celebrity talk show called "Can We Talk?", which became a blueprint for the infomercial industry.

Kress has earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Queens College and a Master of Business Administration from the Baruch School of Business.
