Mark Kovalenko is an expert in Intellectual Property and New Technology with extensive experience in business processes/development, corporate and team management. He studied Master of Laws - LLM in Intellectual Property Law and New Technology from Wipo Joint Master at Jagiellonian University, Geneva Summer School at University of Geneva and received CTL Certificate in Transnational Law, International Law and Legal Studies from Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and University of Geneva. With a Bachelor of Laws- LLB and an MBA from the Moscow Business school, he has gained valuable insights and legal training from various institutions around the world.

Mark is the Managing Partner at Mark Kovalenko & Partners - Intellectual Property, an esteemed law firm where he is responsible for managing complete intellectual property matters. Before starting his law firm, he was Internship Trainee-IP & TMT at Linklaters and Trainee at Urząd Patentowy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Mark has also co-founded various projects and companies like Freedom Assistant, Nicelook Studio, and Magic Promo Group.

Mark Kovalenko's passion for Intellectual Property and Technology has enabled him to gain expertise in IP and Technology Law, legal counseling, trademark and patent dispute resolution, software and media compliance, as well as corporate and startup structure development.
